Datasets for 'Fiber orientation in a whole mouse heart reconstructed by laboratory phase-contrast micro-CT'

Tomographic dataset, vectorfield of the myocyte orientation and video for 'Fiber orientation in a whole mouse heart reconstructed by laboratory phase-contrast micro-CT' by M. Reichardt et al.. Reconstructed volume at the laboratory setup is given. The tomographic dataset is saved as .raw in single-precision floating-point format and the size of each dataset is indicated in the filename. The vectorfield is saved as .vtk used for Paraview.本数据集包含断层扫描数据集（tomographic dataset）、心肌细胞取向矢量场（vector field），以及由M. Reichardt等人发表的研究论文《基于实验室相衬显微CT重建的完整小鼠心脏纤维取向》（Fiber orientation in a whole mouse heart reconstructed by laboratory phase-contrast micro-CT）配套的视频数据。已提供实验室成像装置下的重建断层体积数据。该断层扫描数据集以单精度浮点格式存储为.raw文件，各数据集的尺寸信息均标注于文件名中。该矢量场以.vtk格式存储，可用于Paraview可视化软件。
