Master Plans - Adopted (File Geodatabase)

Master plans (or area master plans, or sector plans) are longterm planning documents that provide detailed and specific land use and zoning recommendations for a specific place or geography of the county. They also address transportation, the natural environment, urban design, historic resources, public facilities, and implementation techniques. All master plans are amendments to the General Plan. Web URLs for each master plan are available which details additional information and guidance for each plan. This dataset includes adopted master plans for Montgomery County, and do not include amended, superseded, or in progress master plans.
