XPlanning Dataset BPL “Development Measure Housing 3”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Development Measure Housing 3” of the town of Backnang from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Re-establishment in the area “Long fields”, 3 rd amendment, in the sub-area of block A1.开发计划（BPL）包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的议定事项。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为巴克南（Backnang）镇基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的《住宅开发措施3》开发计划。说明：在“长田”片区的A1街区子片区内开展复建工作，本次为第三次修订。
