Data for: Grazer regulation of sinking carbon fluxes in a North Pacific cyclonic eddy

The following supplementary datasets consist of informations of physical, chemical, phytoplankton pigments, biological productivity, zooplankton and particle organic carbon flux responses to a cyclonic eddy in the high resolution transect and repeatedly sampling station during the eddy evolution in the subtropical Northwest Pacific Gyre.
