Bottle and CTD data from the CARNE ASADA project from R/V New Horizon GoCAL4 in the Gulf of California and eastern tropical North Pacific from July to August 2008 (CARNE ASADA project)

<p>Bottle nutrient data including Oxygen, Chlorophyl, and optical properies and corresponding CTD data from descrete depths associated with the '<span class=\"s1\">C</span>ren<span class=\"s1\">a</span>rchaeal <span class=\"s1\">R</span>oles in <span class=\"s1\">N</span>itrification in the <span class=\"s1\">E</span>TNP: <span class=\"s1\">As</span>sessing <span class=\"s1\">A</span>bundance, <span class=\"s1\">D</span>iversity, and <span class=\"s1\">A</span>ctivity (CARNE ASADA)' project. &nbsp;</p>
<p>This dataset is preliminary and not yet finalized by the PI.</p>

本数据集包含瓶采营养盐数据（涵盖氧气、叶绿素及光学特性），以及来自离散深度的配套CTD（Conductivity, Temperature, Depth，温盐深剖面仪）数据，关联自《奇古菌在东热带北太平洋（Eastern Tropical North Pacific, ETNP）硝化作用中的作用：评估丰度、多样性与活性（CARNE ASADA）》研究项目。
