This project focuses on the de novo transcriptome sequencing of Elaeagnus angustifolia (Russian olive) flowers. We collected samples from two developmental stages: closed flower buds (petals fully closed) and fully open flowers (petals fully expanded), with 3 biological replicates for each stage (6 samples total). Paired-end RNA-Seq was performed using a high-throughput sequencing platform. The data will facilitate the identification of differentially expressed genes related to flower development in Elaeagnus angustifolia, providing a molecular basis for understanding its floral development mechanisms.
