Knowledge Management Process, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Performance in SMEs: Evidence from an Emerging Economy

This dataset explores the relationship between knowledge management (KM) processes, entrepreneurial orientation (EO), and firm performance in 159 Malaysian SMEs. KM processes—knowledge acquisition, conversion, application, and protection—are analyzed using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 7.0. Findings show that knowledge acquisition, conversion, and protection positively influence performance, while EO moderates the relationship between knowledge application and performance. This dataset is ideal for researchers studying KM, EO, and SME performance in emerging markets.
