Background:

The microbiome profiling analysis of the mentioned publication was conducted using the QIIME2 analysis plattform. In addition to the final results presented in the publication, this dataset provides access to selected QIIME2 data (artifacts and visualizations) in order to allow view/reuse of these data in other projects. Artifact (.qza) data can be used by the QIIME2 software, Visualizations (.qzv) data can be viewed by QIIME2view.
