Test field prototype offshore test turbines (Environmental Vision 2016-2020)

This file contains the test field prototype offshore test turbines as established in the Environment Vision province of Groningen 2016-2020. This test field is included in the Structuurvisie Eemsmond-Delfzijl. We have designated a test field where prototype offshore wind turbines can be tested. Up to four prototype off shore test turbines can be installed in this area, with the aim of certification of off shore turbines and up to one on shore turbine and scientific research.本文件收录了依据2016-2020年格罗宁根省《环境愿景》规划设立的海上试验风机测试场及其原型测试机组相关信息。该测试场已纳入埃姆斯蒙德-代尔夫齐尔结构规划（Structuurvisie Eemsmond-Delfzijl）。 我方已划定一处专用测试场，用于开展海上试验风机原型的测试工作。该区域最多可安装4台海上试验风机原型机组，核心目标为完成海上风机的认证流程，同时可配套设置最多1台陆上试验机组并开展科学研究。
