DETERMINATION OF FOOD CONSUMPTİON, NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS, AND FUNCTIONAL DIET APPROACHES IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING WARFARIN TREATMENT

This dataset is from a study examining the food consumption habits, frequency of vitamin K-rich and functional food intake, and dietary supplement use of patients receiving warfarin therapy. The study was conducted cross-sectionally with 130 participants, and sociodemographic information, medication adherence, frequency of food consumption, and supplement use were collected through face-to-face interviews. The dataset includes measurements of food groups and vitamin K intake, distributions by gender, and supplement use. The analyses are reported in the article.

本数据集源自一项针对接受华法林(warfarin)治疗患者的饮食消费习惯、富含维生素K食物与功能性食品摄入频率，以及膳食补充剂使用情况的研究。该研究为横断面研究，共纳入130名受试者，通过面对面访谈收集了社会人口学信息、服药依从性、食物消费频率及补充剂使用情况。本数据集包含食物类别与维生素K摄入量的测量数据、按性别划分的摄入分布情况，以及补充剂使用相关信息。相关分析结果已在本研究论文中予以报道。
