To investigate the transcriptional responses regulated by QUIRKY (QKY) and ABI5 during early seed germination under abscisic acid (ABA) signaling, we performed RNA sequencing of Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type (Col-0), qky-14 mutant, and 35S-ABI5-9MYC overexpression seedlings treated with ABA for 4 hours after stratification. This dataset provides insight into the regulatory role of QKY in ABA-mediated seed germination and its interaction with the ABI5 signaling pathway.
