Data for "Integrated soliton microcombs beyond the turnkey limit"

This dataset contains processed source data supporting the figures and main quantitative results of the article "Integrated soliton microcombs beyond the turnkey limit". The dataset includes numerical data for the principle and phase-diagram plots, measured transmission spectra, comb-power scan statistics, heater-tuning data, optical spectra, electrical beat-note data, frequency-noise spectra, extracted spectral-envelope bandwidths and pump linewidths, near-orthogonal comb-control data, inter-resonator coupling simulations, and device-reproducibility measurements. The optical 3-dB spectral-envelope bandwidths were extracted by fitting the soliton spectra with sech^2 envelopes. The comb conversion efficiency was calculated as the ratio of the power in the comb lines to the pump power, excluding the residual transmitted pump above the fitted soliton envelope. The repository provides processed source data sufficient to reproduce the plotted data and extracted quantities reported in the manuscript and Supplemental Material. Large raw instrument files and internal fabrication files are not included.
