These datasets include genomic annotations included in the Multi-omic Watershed model, trained using data from 1,319 individuals from the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA) cohort. The resulting rare genetic variants prioritized by the model were provided with their posteriors in each omic dimension (RNA expression, methylation, splicing, and protein expression).
