Cultural monuments are protected by law and must be entered in a register, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not exhaustive, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned up. All ‘cultural monuments of particular importance’ previously entered in the old ‘memorial book’ under the Monument Protection Act of before 2015 have been automatically included in the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been finally updated (description, scope of protection). The lists of districts are divided into alphabetical series of their municipalities and within the municipalities (and non-district cities) by - Monument areas - Populations - Majorities of buildings - Buildings (individual monuments) - Parts of buildings - Landmarks - Movable cultural monuments - Other cultural monuments文化古迹受法律保护，且必须纳入登记名录，即所谓"古迹名录"。相关所有权人将收到其财产被纳入该古迹名录的通知。与此同时，该古迹名录将在此发布，并每周更新一次。该古迹名录并非穷尽式名录，而是会持续接受审核、增补与清理。 2015年之前依据《古迹保护法（Monument Protection Act）》录入旧"纪念册"的所有"特别重要文化古迹"，均已自动纳入新版古迹名录，但其相关表述（包括描述内容、保护范围）尚未完成最终更新。 各行政区名录按其下辖的市镇名称字母顺序排序；在各市镇（及非设区市）范围内，则按以下类别划分：古迹保护区、居民点、建筑群、单体建筑（独立古迹）、建筑部件、地标性古迹、可移动文化古迹及其他文化古迹。
