Land Surface Temperature (LST), a core parameter of the surface energy balance, characterizes the intensity of energy and water exchange between the land surface and the atmosphere, and has been widely utilized in research across climatology, hydrology, ecology and other related disciplines. The land surface temperature products derived from SDGSAT-1 Level 4 thermal infrared imagery provide data support for studies on global scientific issues such as climate change, extreme disasters and human activities.
