Abundance, Biomass, and Density Data for Fishes and Amphipods in Prairie Pothole Region Wetlands in 2019 and 2020

This dataset includes information from 59 prairie pothole wetlands in Minnesota, collected in 2019 and 2020. The data includes wetland characteristics (e.g., size, depth, plant biomass, and water quality), multiple fish metrics, and multiple amphipod metrics. The amphipod species include Gammarus lacustris and Hyalella azteca. There are 22 species of fish recorded.
