Ultrasonic treatment makes vegetables and fruits fresh again. To understand the underlying machinery of the refreshing by ultrasonication, we conducted RNAseq analysis of the spinch leafs (5-6 leafs for each) those were unltrasonicated (40 kHz for 15 min with constinous water flow at 1 L/min) or just dipped in water (15 min) 3 and 24 hours after the treatment.
