The SCORAD is a rather subjective assessment tool. A baseline SCORAD up to 39 was considered as a minor and a baseline SCORAD > 39 as a major protocol violation. This allows for a variability of 30% in SCORAD assessment. 2 of these subjects had a SCORAD >39 and were excluded from PPS as major protocol violations.
