"This presents a custom-synthesized dataset for the Multi-Skill Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (MSRCPSP), designed to support the evaluation of heuristic optimization frameworks. The dataset follows standard MSRCPSP instance-generation rules and includes different scale project configurations (e.g. 5 tasks, 6 multi-skill resources, 3 skill types) with detailed constraints: precedence relations, resource skill proficiencies, and task-skill requirements. Each entry specifies task durations, resource salaries, and skill-qualification mappings, ensuring feasibility for scheduling solutions."
