Construction Dataset of Knowledge Map of main Crops Approved Varieties in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2023

Seed industry is a national strategic and basic core industry, and the development of seed industry in China is entering a new era of intelligent breeding, so it is necessary to make full use of the advantages of germplasm resources and further transform them into the advantages of breeding innovation. This data set is based on the basic data of crop varieties approved in Guangdong Province over the years. After collecting, cleaning, transforming and merging, a total of 823 pieces of data of rice, corn and soybean are finally formed. Each piece of data includes the characteristics of its variety source, hybrid line and maturity system, and each type of data is saved in two formats:. xslx and. json. This data set can be used to construct the knowledge map of crop seed industry and provide domain data support for breeding innovation.
