Laboratory evaluation native parasitoid WCSB Spain

Laboratory evaluation of the parasitoid Ooencyrtus obscurus (Mercet) (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) on Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann (Hemiptera: Coreidae), commonly knowns as the western conifer seed bug (WCSB), at laboratory condictions. Three trials were conducted: (1) 1 male and 1 female were paired (n=40) and WCSB egg clusters were exposed to its parasitism until female expired. (2) WCSB egg clusters were exposed to 1 female (n=30) for several days. (3) WCSB egg clusters were exposed to 1 female and 1 male (n=60) for several days.

本实验为实验室条件下，寄生蜂暗恩蚜小蜂（Ooencyrtus obscurus (Mercet)，膜翅目（Hymenoptera）：跳小蜂科（Encyrtidae））对西方松扁蝽（Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann，半翅目（Hemiptera）：缘蝽科（Coreidae），俗称西方针叶树种子虫（WCSB））的寄生效能评价研究。共开展3组试验：(1) 按1雄1雌的比例配对寄生蜂（n=40），将西方松扁蝽卵块暴露于该寄生蜂的寄生作用直至雌蜂死亡；(2) 将西方松扁蝽卵块暴露于1头雌寄生蜂（n=30），暴露时长为若干天；(3) 将西方松扁蝽卵块暴露于1头雄寄生蜂与1头雌寄生蜂（n=60），暴露时长为若干天。
