VPRS 1755 Accounting Records

This series was originally transferred to archives with minimal documentation which has not been evaluated; it also contained a quantity of records which were subsequently appraised as being temporary. These records were destroyed in 2000 if they had reached their sentence. All information currently available to PROV has been incorporated into this series registration. This registration will be updated when further research is subsequently undertaken.This series consists of accounting records appraised as permanent in 2000 and one unit that is not eligible for destruction until 2015.

本档案系列最初移交至档案馆时，仅附带极少且尚未经过评估的文档资料；该系列还包含一批后续被鉴定为临时保管的记录。这批临时记录若在2000年时已达到保管期限，则已于当年被销毁。目前PROV可获取的全部相关信息均已纳入本档案系列的登记信息中。后续开展进一步研究后，该登记信息将予以更新。本档案系列包含2000年被鉴定为永久保管的会计档案，以及1宗需至2015年方可销毁的档案单元。
