Role and practice of research software development at DLR

The deposit contains the results of a survey concerning the role and practice of research software development at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). The survey started end of November 2018 and ended mid-February 2019. We received 773 answers which gave us interesting insights concerning developer demographics, tool usage, documentation, testing as well as software citation at DLR.本数据集收录了针对德国航空航天中心（German Aerospace Center，DLR）科研软件开发的角色与实践开展的调研结果。本次调研始于2018年11月末，结束于2019年2月中旬，共回收773份回复，为我们提供了关于该中心研发人员人口统计特征、工具使用情况、文档管理、测试工作以及软件引用实践等方面的宝贵研究洞察。
