Reference Dataset for QfO Benchmark Webservice

This dataset contains the reference data used for the QfO benchmark webservice workflow (https://github.com/qfo/benchmark-webservice). It is build from the QfO reference proteomes provided by UniProt. The dataset is specific to the release of the reference proteome. The version of this dataset reflects the version of the QfO Reference Proteome dataset.本数据集包含用于QfO基准测试网络服务工作流的参考数据（访问地址：https://github.com/qfo/benchmark-webservice）。该数据集基于UniProt（通用蛋白质资源库）提供的QfO参考蛋白质组构建而成，且与参考蛋白质组的发布版本一一对应；本数据集的版本与QfO参考蛋白质组数据集的版本保持一致。
