MOFChecker: An algorithm for Validating and Correcting Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) Structures

This dataset includes the checking results of several MOF database using MOFChecker. We also provide some fixed MOF structures using MOFChecker. In addition, we provide the DFT optimized structures of some DAC MOF and the CO2 & H2O binding energy of them.本数据集涵盖了使用MOFChecker对多个金属有机框架（Metal-Organic Framework，MOF）数据库进行校验得到的结果。此外，本数据集还提供了经MOFChecker修复后的部分MOF结构。除此之外，本数据集还包含部分直接空气捕获（Direct Air Capture，DAC）型MOF的密度泛函理论（Density Functional Theory，DFT）优化结构，以及这些结构对应的二氧化碳（CO₂）与水（H₂O）结合能数据。
