Exome_sequencing_of_mouse_haemopoietic_tumours

We have and are generating a number of conditional knock-in mouse models of haematological cancers, particularly acute myeloid leukaemia. Many of these go on to develop leukaemias after variable latencies and as a result of acquisition of additional mutations. The aim of this study is to identify what mutations collaborate with the genetically engineered ones to cause mouse leukaemia and how similar these are to the mutations found in human leukaemias.
