This file includes individual microsatellite genotypes (8 loci) for spotted salamanders (N=1292) collected from embryonic samples (one sample per eggmass) at breeding ponds (N=56) near Milford, ME. Genotypes were scored manually in PeakScanner and 0 indicates no alleles were identified at that locus. Pond locations (latitude, longitude) are included. See metadata in file for more information.
