Raw physiological and metabolic data for islet transplantation study with perioperative ipragliflozin treatment

This dataset contains raw physiological and metabolic data from diabetic mice undergoing syngeneic islet transplantation, with or without perioperative administration of the SGLT2 inhibitor ipragliflozin. Mice were divided into two groups: Tx (islet transplantation only) and Tx+Ip (islet transplantation with ipragliflozin).The dataset includes:Time-course measurements of <b>blood glucose levels</b> and <b>body weight</b> from day -5 to day 28 post-transplantationResults from <b>intraperitoneal glucose tolerance tests (IPGTT)</b> conducted 4 weeks after transplantation<b>Plasma insulin levels</b> measured by ELISA after fastingThese data were used to evaluate the therapeutic impact of ipragliflozin on glycemic control, β-cell function, and islet graft performance, as described in the manuscript submitted to <i>Transplantation International</i>.
