Application of azoxystrobin is currently the most effective and most economical measure for controlling potato black scurf at present. However, it will inevitably change the structure of the soil bacterial communities. The healthy and stable of microbial community structure is essential to the growth of crops. Therefore, the rhizosphere soil bacterial communities were examined via 16S rRNA genetic sequencing analyses.
