The Neurotoxin DSP-4 Dysregulates the Locus Coeruleus-Norepinephrine System and Recapitulates Molecular and Behavioral Aspects of Prodromal Neurodegenerative Disease

To investigate changes in noradrenergic neurons of the LC following treatment with the specific neurotoxin DSP-4. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of Pre-IP and IP samples following DSP-4 or saline treatment. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LC-mRNA (IP) for DSP-4 treated samples vs saline controls.
