Raw reads of the samples sequenced within the PediCAP trial (RIA2017MC). Peri-rectal swabs were sequenced using a shotgun metagenomic approach on a NextSeq instrument. Nasopharyngeal swabs were sequenced using a metaserotyping approach on a MinION instrument.
