Exome capture optimization of Pinus sylvestris

Performance of different blocker treatments in exome captures of Pinus sylvestris were evaluated. Treatment with a commercial universal blocker was compared to treatments with species-specific c0t-1 (30,000 ng and 60,000 ng). Additional whole-genome sequencing was conducted to estimate how much repetitive DNA is being sequenced when no capture and blocking treatment are applied.
