Proteomic dataset of milk extracellular vesicles from uninfected cattle

These datasets contain the identified proteins in milk extracellular vesicles from three uninfected (healthy) cattle by using a comprehensive proteomic analysis nanoLC-MS/MS method.本数据集收录了通过纳升液相色谱-串联质谱（nanoLC-MS/MS）进行全面蛋白质组学分析，从3头未感染（健康）奶牛的牛乳细胞外囊泡（extracellular vesicles）中鉴定得到的蛋白质。
