Identification and Characterization of long noncoding RNA transcriptome in backfat of Large White and Anqing Six-end-white pigs

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is important for obesity and fat metabolism. However, the lncRNA differences between the Large White (LW) (the lean breed) and Anqing six-end-white (AQ) (the obese breed) pigs are uncharacterized. In the present study, we systematically investigated the association between obesity and lncRNAs using pig as the model.
