GENETIC EVOLUTION ANALYSIS AND SNP DEVELOPMENT OF TAXUS SPP. BY SLAF-SEQ

A total of 62 Taxus genomes were extracted for molecular marker development. The molecular markers within whole genome were obtained, evolutionary tree was constructed, and the genetic structure analysis, PCA analysis and genetic diversity analysis were carried out, which is of great significance for understanding the genetic evolutionary relationship of Taxus species or provenances.
