Glut1 inhibitor BAY-876 and TNF treated LLC cells

To investigate the mechanisms by which Glut1 inactivation synergized with TNFa to induce cell death, LLC cells were either pretreated or left untreated for 200nM BAY-876 for 24 hours, followed by treatment with 20ng/ml TNF or left untreated for 32 hours.To compare the expression of glucose transporters in tumor and tumor-reactive immune T cells, we analyzed the expression levels ofperformed RNAseq on adoptively transferred adoptively transferred OT-I T cells and LLC-OVA cells, respectively. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data of LLC cells treated with TNFand BAY-876 alone or in combination. Compare the expression of glucose transporters in tumor and tumor-reactive immune T cells.
