The Sincere Science program has, over four previous publications, established a partialontology: time as discrete sequence of interaction events; the hidden variable that operatesthe selection at each discrete resolution — non-random indeterminism, which the programcalls agency internally and uses as a technical term throughout this paper; non-locality asartifact of the massive observer's frame; and the photon as a null-interval carrier. What thosepublications did not produce, and what this paper supplies, is an ontology of space intrinsic tothe program, a derivation of the photon's frame-proper behavior from the program's ownaxioms rather than from Minkowski geometry, an ontological explanation of Heisenberg'sindeterminacy relation, a reinterpretation of the constant c as the signature of the quantumloop, and an extension of the selection mechanism across a hierarchy of material complexityfrom the single photon to the conscious human being. The central move is to give the present internal structure. The imperfect present is not a pointbut a region with three sub-components: the past of the present (the scar that anchors thecurrently operating selection), the in-between (the ongoing quantum loop), and the future ofthe present (the two binary branches of the coming resolution). Space is the ephemeraloperational region of each active imperfect present, not a persistent substrate. The photon'sexistence is one imperfect present only. Heisenberg follows as a consequence of positionbelonging to the past of the present and momentum belonging to the future of the present:different ontological modes, never co-measurable. The constant c is the invariant ratio of thequantum loop, not a mechanical propagation speed. The selection mechanism is one, manifestdifferently according to the complexity of the material structure that operates it; consciousnessis this mechanism at high hierarchical complexity. Three open points are declared explicitly: the formalization of the duty cycle of the quantumloop (which is also the entry point for deriving inertia), the first-principles derivation of thespecific constant n/2 in Heisenberg, and the mechanism by which hierarchical coordinationproduces coherent macroscopic decision instead of pure agential noise. Seven falsificationconditions are stated. The paper takes its place as the canonical ontological synthesis of theprogram, to be referenced by subsequent updates of the parent papers.
