Monitoring Viral Evolution and Epidemiological Characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 during 2022-2023 using Integrated Genomic Surveillance

Here we report the results of our integrated genomic and virological surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Germany on SARS-CoV-2 genomes sampled from December 1, 2021 to April 30, 2023 The dataset includes genome sequences in FASTA format, complemented by a TSV file providing the corresponding collection dates. With version 2, we also provide an additional file containing the primer sets used for amplification (XLSX).
