The local planning plan (LDP) is digitised according to the national requirements of the CNIG. This lot informs the right to build in the municipality. In addition to regulated zoning (ZONE_URBA), it can contain up to 2 other data sets: surface requirements (PRESCRIPTION_SURF) and/or surfacing information (INFO_SURF).地方规划方案（Local Planning Plan，缩写LDP）依据CNIG制定的国家规范完成数字化处理。该数据集明确了对应市政辖区内的建设权利。除规划管制分区（ZONE_URBA）外，该数据集还可包含最多两类额外数据集：地表要求数据集（PRESCRIPTION_SURF）和/或地表信息数据集（INFO_SURF）。
