These data explores the hypothesis that the action of stressors changes the state of mineral content at different stages of leaves development in urban environment:
• unfavourable site (US) - high pollution exposure, street and busy roundabout near Timisoara’s urban centre, heavy vehicular load.
• favourable site (FS) - low pollution exposure, the site is not immediately exposed to pollution sources, park.
The method is based on quantifying gravimetric (leaf dry weight - LDW, oganic weight in leaves - LO, ash weight in leaves - LA) and physiological (leaf mineral content - LMC, leaf organic content - LOC, leaf organic content / leaf mineral content ratio - LOC/LMC, leaf mineral deposition in tissues - LTDM) parameters.
Acer platanoides L., Acer pseudoplatanus L., Tilia platyphyllos Scop., Tilia tomentosa Moench., Aesculus hippocastanum L., Aesculus x carnea Hayne, Taxus baccata L., Picea abies (L.) H. Karst, were chosen for this study.
本数据集旨在验证下述假说:在城市环境中,胁迫因子的作用会改变叶片发育不同阶段的矿物质含量状态:
• 不利站点(unfavourable site, US):地处蒂米什瓦拉市中心附近的街道与繁忙环岛,暴露于高污染环境中,机动车通行负荷繁重。
• 有利站点(favourable site, FS):为远离污染源的城市公园,受污染程度较低。
本研究采用的定量分析方法涵盖两类参数:重量参数与生理参数。其中重量参数包括叶片干重(leaf dry weight, LDW)、叶片有机质重量(organic weight in leaves, LO)及叶片灰分重量(ash weight in leaves, LA);生理参数则包括叶片矿物质含量(leaf mineral content, LMC)、叶片有机质含量(leaf organic content, LOC)、叶片有机质与矿物质含量比值(leaf organic content / leaf mineral content ratio, LOC/LMC)以及组织内叶片矿物质沉积量(leaf mineral deposition in tissues, LTDM)。
本研究选取的受试树种包括:挪威槭(Acer platanoides L.)、假挪威槭(Acer pseudoplatanus L.)、欧洲椴(Tilia platyphyllos Scop.)、银椴(Tilia tomentosa Moench.)、欧洲七叶树(Aesculus hippocastanum L.)、红花七叶树(Aesculus x carnea Hayne)、欧洲红豆杉(Taxus baccata L.)以及欧洲云杉(Picea abies (L.) H. Karst)。
