Genome-wide transcriptome analysis of white flower and one rubellis mutant of Michelia maudiae Dunn

Transcriptome sequencing of one white flower and one rubellis mutant of Michelia maudiae Dunn, was performed using Illumina HiSeqTM 2000 platform. Four libraries (early and later petals of rubellis flowers RE, RL and early and later petals of white flowers WE, WL) were sequenced.
