To investigate whether a1ACT acts through a microRNA network, we studied a1ACT-associated simultaneous miRNA:mRNA expression transcriptome profiles during cerebellar development in a context-dependent manner, using?miRNA-seq paired with previously reported RNA-seq. Overall design: Examination the miRNA-seq results between pc12 cell lines stably expressing blank vector and a1ACT; pairing the differentially expressed miRNA with previously reported DEGs via miRWALK to investigate the a1ACT mediated miRNA regulation network. All outcomes were validated via qRT-PCR
