The dataset contains positive (HD734:nDNA 1:9 mix) and negative (nDNA) control samples, as well as blood plasma and tumor sequencing data for two melanoma patients. Those samples were used for benchmark and assessment of MAGERI software (https://github.com/mikessh/mageri). Negative control samples are normal blood DNA, while positive control is a 1:9 mixture of HD734 mutation panel (http://www.horizondx.com/tru-q-ngs-dna-7-dna-reference-standards.html) and normal blood DNA. Samples were prepared using primer multiplex and were tagged with 14bp unique molecular identifiers (UMIs) prior to multiplex using linear PCR.
