Workforce Management Information - Defra

Monthly management information on staff numbers and paybill costs in Civil Service departments, their agencies and their executive NDPBs. For workforce numbers, both payroll and non-payroll (contingent labour, including consultants) information is provided, split between full-time equivalents (FTE) and headcount, with payroll staff numbers mapped to standard Civil Service grades. For costs, payroll paybill information is broken down into its component parts i.e. salaries, allowances, employers pensions contributions etc. For non-payroll costs, these are split between costs for consultancy and those of other non-payroll workers. Staffing numbers are as at the last day of the month for the reference month. Cost information is that for the reference month. For baseline 2010/11 returns, staffing numbers are as at 31 March 2011, and paybill costs are for the financial year 2010/11.本数据集涵盖政府公务员系统各部门、其下属机构及执行类非部门公共机构（Executive Non-Departmental Public Bodies，简称NDPBs）的月度人员与薪酬成本管理信息。 在人员规模维度，数据集同时提供薪酬发放人员与非薪酬发放人员（即临时用工，含顾问）的相关信息，按全职当量（Full-Time Equivalents，简称FTE）与人头数两类口径拆分，并将薪酬发放人员的人数对应至统一的公务员职级体系。 在成本维度，薪酬总成本信息拆解为基本工资、津贴补贴、雇主养老金缴款等组成部分；非薪酬发放成本则分为顾问服务成本与其他非薪酬用工成本两类。 人员规模的统计时点为对应月度的最后一日，成本信息的统计周期为对应完整月度。针对2010/11财年基准上报数据，人员规模的统计时点为2011年3月31日，薪酬总成本则统计自2010/11财年全年。
