Supplementary materials are about the synthesis of the Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples, the refinements of powder XRD patterns of Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples, XPS survey spectra of constituent elements in Ag0.94Mn0.06BiSe2 sample, SEM images and the corresponding EDS mappings of Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples, Temperature-dependent D of Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0, 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples, The Mn content dependence of both experimental and theoretical data for κl at 315 K in Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0, 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples, in which the theoretical data are derived from the Debye-Callaway model. As can be seen, the alteration trend of theoretical curve are in good accord with the experimental values, Hall carrier concentration (nH) and Hall carrier mobility (μH) at 300 K for Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0, 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples,and the corresponding atomic percentages of respective Mn, Ag, Bi, and Se elements estimated from the EDS measurements for Ag1-xMnxBiSe2 (x = 0, 0.015, 0.03, 0.045, 0.06) samples at room temperature.
