Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-130 g entered into force on 29.7.2011. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。 编号为6-130 g的开发规划于2011年7月29日正式生效。 开发规划包含针对城市规划管理的具有法律约束力的固定条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控主管部门明确了建设的选址、建设类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地使用规划为编制基础。 本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间联盟（Open Geospatial Consortium, OGC）的Web地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM格式获取。
