According to the manufacturer's protocol, experiments were performed using GenSeq m5C MeRIP Kit (GS-ET-003). RNA libraries were constructed using the NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Library Prep Kit and library quality was assessed using the BioAnalyzer 2100 system (Agilent Technologies, Inc.). Finally, sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with 150 bp paired-end reads.
