De-identified participant-level dataset for a trial comparing French Contrast Training (FCT) and Equal-Load Training (ELT) on strength and jump performance

This repository provides a de-identified, participant-level dataset from a controlled trial examining the effects of French Contrast Training (FCT) versus Equal-Load Training on performance. Participants were allocated to either the FCT group or the ELT group and completed a 8-week intervention. Measurements were collected at baseline and post-intervention, including 10-meter sprint, CMJ, SJ, 1RM, MCV. The dataset contains de-identified IDs, group assignment, time points, and outcome variables.All direct identifiers have been removed, and participants are labelled with anonymous IDs only. This dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analyses.
