Whole Exome Sequence Data of Familial Isolated Pituitary Adenoma Patients from Turkiye-1

In our study, whole exome sequencing (WES) was performed on 20 individuals diagnosed with familial isolated pituitary adenomas (FIPAs). A cohort of 20 FIPA cases from 12 different geographical regions of Turkiye was included to characterize clinical and genetic features. The essential aim was to better understand the genetic basis of FIPAs and to identify potential hereditary risk factors.
