FTIR-ATR spectra of culinary grain legumes (pulse) flours

FTIR-ATR spectra of 5 culinary grains: <br> 1. chickpea (Cicer arietinum n=87)<br> 2. lentil (Lens culinaris n=93))<br> 3. grass pea (Lathyrus sativus n=116)<br> 4. pea (Pisum sativus n=119)<br> 5. faba bean (Vicia faba n=93) Grains were dried at 40 °C and milled using a miller Retsch cyclone mill with a particle size under 0.8 mm. The different flours were stored at -20 °C. For FTIR-ATR analysis there was no need for further sample preparation. Files: FTIRATR_Pulse.mat: Matlab structure with, as fields:<br> <Data> : a 491x1734 matrix, each line corresponds to a spectra<br> <Wavelength>: a 1730 length vector, Wavelength of the incident light<br> <Tag> : a 491 length vector, labelling of the samples<br> <Label4Rag> : Names of the label. FTIRATR_pulse_data.csv: csv file with the data, wavelength and tag fields FTIRATR_pulse_labels.csv: Names of the label <br>
5种食用谷物的傅里叶变换红外衰减全反射(FTIR-ATR)光谱:<br>1. 鹰嘴豆(Cicer arietinum,n=87)<br>2. 小扁豆(Lens culinaris,n=93)<br>3. 草豌豆(Lathyrus sativus,n=116)<br>4. 豌豆(Pisum sativus,n=119)<br>5. 蚕豆(Vicia faba,n=93)<br>所有供试谷物均于40℃下烘干,随后采用莱驰(Retsch)旋风研磨机进行粉碎,粉碎后粒径小于0.8 mm。制备得到的不同谷物粉均保存于-20℃环境中。进行FTIR-ATR光谱分析时,无需额外样品前处理。<br>相关文件说明如下:<br>FTIRATR_Pulse.mat:Matlab结构体文件,包含以下字段:<br><Data>:尺寸为491×1734的矩阵,每一行对应一条光谱<br><Wavelength>:长度为1730的向量,记录入射光的波长<br><Tag>:长度为491的向量,用于样本标注<br><Label4Rag>:标签名称<br>FTIRATR_pulse_data.csv:包含数据、波长及样本标签字段的CSV文件<br>FTIRATR_pulse_labels.csv:标签名称文件
